Cal Goheen is a Junior Software Engineer at Spectrasonics, contributing to the development of cutting-edge software technologies for the company’s renowned virtual instruments.

Cal holds a degree in Audio & Music Engineering from the University of Rochester. Before joining Spectrasonics, Cal began his career as an electronic music producer, which sparked a deep interest in developing audio plugins. This unique background provides Cal with a valuable perspective on the needs and desires of music producers and sound designers.

Outside of work, Cal enjoys running, hiking, and playing the piano, embracing a balance of technical innovation and creative expression.
