Sam Foster

Sam Foster is one of the software engineers at Spectrasonics. Coming from an upbringing focused on music and engineering, he was ecstatic to meld his creative and technical worlds in his role at Spectrasonics.

Growing up, Sam was trained in classical piano and violin. He also participated in numerous competitions and orchestral organizations. He played violin in the Colorado Springs Youth Symphony which led to an opportunity to play at the world-famous Sydney Opera House. He also was awarded the chance to play Beethoven’s 2nd Piano Concerto accompanied by the Colorado Springs Philharmonic. Since then, he writes and produces originals in his home studio and very much enjoys the rich well of sounds available in Omnisphere.
