Download Manager: Token Validation

If you are receiving Token Validation Error when downloading your instrument on Mac, try restarting your computer.

If you are still unable to download, try copying the download manager link from your email, and pasting it into a different internet browser (Chrome, FireFox, Safari). 

If you are receiving Token Validation Error when downloading your instrument on Windows 10, try a different browser.

If you are receiving Token Validation Error when downloading your instrument on Windows 7, follow these steps:

1. Make sure you have or install the proper version of the Windows KB3140245 update (32 bit or 64 bit)

2. Install the EASY FIX by clicking on the Download button in the "Easy fix" section towards the bottom of this Microsoft support page.

3. Restart your computer
