If you are attempting to authorize your Spectrasonics instrument by clicking the "Request Authorization" button and receiving an "Invalid Challenge" error message, please try these troubleshooting steps:
First, log out of your Spectrasonics User Account.
Then, empty your internet browser cache. If you are unsure how to do so, here are some instructions for some of the most common browsers:
Once you’ve emptied the browser cache, log back into your Spectrasonics User Account.
Return to the Authorization screen of your instrument and click the “Request Authorization” button once more.
Next, fill out the form regarding system information and click the “Submit” button.
You should then be taken to a new screen with a Response Code, which you will copy and take back to your instruments to complete Authorization.
